Online Reservation Request Form
- Add $15 Off-Season and $20 High-Season for each additional person.
- Add $10 to above rates for Columbus Day weekend.
- All Rates subject to Maine 7% Hospitality Tax.
- No charge for two children 5 and under except in the Ferland House.
- Housekeeping gratuity not included.
Minimum Stays of 3-7 nights are required during High Season, holiday time periods and some weekends. When possible, we will accommodate requests for stays not meeting minimums.
Cancellations:
- 14 days notice required for Studios, Stepdown Suite and One Bedroom Suites with one floor.
- 30 days notice required for One Bedroom Suites with two floors, Two Bedroom Suites and the Ferland House.
- Cancellation fees of $20-60 apply depending on unit size.
- Cancellations must meet the required notice of 14 or 30 days to receive a refund of original deposit.
- No refunds will be given for early departures or shortened stays.
- Cancellations of reservations during High Season are required in writing or via e-mail.
Additional Policy Information:
- Check-In is 3:00PM, Check-Out is 11:00AM
Though we appreciate your visit, we must prepare for arriving guests and CANNOT ALLOW USE OF PARKING OR ANY RESORT FACILITIES AFTER CHECK-OUT.
- Parking is limited to one car per unit except for Two Bedroom units and The Ferland House (2 cars).
- No pets are allowed on resort premises.
- All units require the use of stairs except those which are handicap accessible.
- ALL UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING.
- Balance of payment is due upon arrival - payable by MasterCard, Visa, Travelers Checks or cash. Personal checks will not be accepted on arrival.
